Time: 8:00 PM

Price: Free, sponsored by Cavallo Point Lodge
The Mill Valley Philharmonic has the musical mission to bring free, live music to people in their own communities, and we're lucky enough this week that they're visiting Sausalito. The MVP describes this program as coming "from the back porches of America," and it's the final event of their 9th season. The title of the event is "Our Musical Landscape: American Vocal Works," featuring soprano Angela Cadelago and members of The San Francisco Choral Society.
The program includes "Crossing the Bar" by Charles Ives, "Poems of Autumn" by Ernest Bloch, "Knoxville: Summer of 1915" by Samuel Barber, and the Suite from the opera "The Tender Land" by Aaron Copland.
Bravo to Cavallo Point for sponsoring this event. The hotel is marked as "A" on the map below (and, in case it helps you recognize the spot, the Bay Area Discovery Museum is "C".)
