Sausalito Wednesday Night Live
Date: The first Wednesday of each month.
Time: Typically 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, but see listings below for alterations based on time of year, performer etc.

Wednesday Night Live: August 4, 2022
Location: The Cascais Plaza area in front of the old Bank of America building. (See map below)
Time: 5:30 to 7:00 PM
Performers: Marin Old Time Music Preservation Society. They have one of the best tag lines I’ve seen in a long time: “Top 40 hits from the 1800s!” You’ll hear Appalachian folk music, Irish fiddle tunes and a variety of other (did I mention fiddles?) music.

Wednesday Night Live: July 6, 2022
Location: The Caledonia St. intersection of Caledonia and Pine Streets, one block north of the firehouse. (See map below)
Time: 5:30 to 7:00 PM
Performers: Davey Jones and the Hot Clams (yes, OUR Davey Jones) playing vintage jazz from the 20s through the 50s in pure salty Sausalito style.
Price: Wednesday Night Live performances are always free.
Wednesday Night Live: June 1, 2022
Location: The Caledonia St. intersection of Caledonia and Pine Streets, one block north of the firehouse. (See map below)
Time: 5:30 to 7:00 PM
Performers: Parts & Labor, playing “Rockabilly, Classic Rock and Surf music.”

Wednesday Night Live: May 4, 2022 (almost Cinco de Mayo!)
Location: The Cascais Plaza area in front of the old Bank of America building. (See map below)
Time: 5:30 to 7:00 PM
Performers: Mariachi Nuevo Generacion (New Generation Mariachi), celebrated mariachi performers from the Wine Country.
Founded in 2002 by Salvador “Chava” Garcia along with Higinio Espinoza, who both had experience in bands in both Mexico and California. They feature mariachi veterans and talented younger members with classical training, and are recognized as one of the the best Mariachi groups in the Bay Area.

Location: The corner of Caledonia and Pine streets (near the “restaurant row” at the south end of Caledonia)
Time: 5:30 to 7:00 PM
Performers: Joe & Pat DeBellis, local duet with light-hearted vocals, piano and guitar.
Price: Wednesday Night Live performances are always free.
Wednesday Night Live: March 3, 2022
Location: The corner of Caledonia and Pine streets (near the “restaurant row” at the south end of Caledonia)
Time: 5:30 to 7:00 PM
Performer: Brad James, vocals, acoustic guitar and harmonica, with covers of the Eagles, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young and others. He’s performed in local spots ranging from Houlihan’s to The Fillmore.

Wednesday Night Live: December 1, 2021
We’ll have a special version of Wednesday Night Live on December 1 to help kick off the 2021 Sausalito Holiday by the Bay. The Little Willow Strummers from the Sausalito Woman’s Club will perform their ukulele versions of Sausalito Christmas music at the Cascais Plaza as part of the event at the former Bank of America Building in downtown Sausalito). There will also be performances at the restaurant row on Caledonia Street between Johnson and Pine, the Chamber of Commerce Sausalito Visitor Center near the ferry pier, and at the Golden Gate Market in Sausalito’s Old Town.
Wednesday Night Live: November 3, 2021
Music: Multiple performances will take place around town:
At the Cascais Plaza near the ferry pier headliners will be Davey Jones and the Hot Clams (yes, that same culinary master Davey Jones), who happen to be a very talented jazz band. (Click on link for an example on video.) You can also see the work in progress of Plein air artists Sue Averell, Eva Belishova, Charles Bohlen and Muriel Ullman.
Irish-flavored Americana style music by the Jerry Hannan Band will take place on Restaurant Row on Caledonia St. between Johnson St. and Pine St. (near DiVino, Sandrino, Arawan Thai and Sartaj India, one block down from Sushi Ran). Plein air artist Jane Farley will be demonstrating her technique.
Live Funk and Rock will also play at the Golden Gate Market, and there will also be live music at The Sausalito Visitors Center near the ferry pier.
