Business Exchange Forum

This month’s Business Exchange Forum will focus on “Preventing Employment-Related Lawsuits and Related Claims”. Jay Putnam will lead the event. Meeting topics will include the recent developments in California employment law, including the recently-enacted immigration “sanctuary” legislation. He hopes to explain, in understandable terms, how new developments relate to existing legal principles, and what tangible steps employers can take to protect themselves. Audience participation and questions are welcomed.
