Event: 39th Annual Chili Cook-Off

Location: Dunphy Park, Sausalito
Time: Chef check-in starts at 7:00 AM. Event runs 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Tasting begins at noon.
Deadline: Chefs must register by September 20, 2017
Join in the fun of the annual Sausalito Chili Cook-Off and show off your cooking skills. Whether you’re an aspiring wannabe, a professional chef, or just consider yourself a chili connoisseur, the Sausalito Chili Cook-Off wants you! It’s free to register, and you’ll battle it out to claim a title in any of the three categories: Judge’s Choice, People’s Choice, and Best Booth. Be prepared to make around 15 gallons of chili, and it must all be cooked on site. Registration closes September 30, 2017; however, all chefs who register by August 28, 2017 will receive an exclusive commemorative apron with his or her name printed on it.
