Dine Out in Sausalito to Raise Money for Wildcare
Starting Monday, April 12 and running through May 19, you can sign up to participate in WildCare's 25th Annual Dining for Wildlife event on Tuesday, May 25 and Wednesday, May 26, 2010.
The fundraising program offers special unpublicized prix fixe menus at top restaurants throughout the Bay Area, including four community-minded places in Sausalito: Fish, Poggio, Saylor's and Scoma's.
You can make reservations through WildCare to dine at a participating restaurant, enjoy an excellent meal and support this important cause. You choose the restaurant where you'd like to dine. After reservations open on April 12, call WildCare (415-453-1000 x11) to schedule and pre-pay for your reservation for your unique personal chef-created experience.
Then all you have to do is show up on time at your chosen restaurant on May 25 or May 26 and enjoy your unique three-course meal, complete with a glass of wine or beer, coffee or tea. (Editor's hint: Do budget for a tip for your server!)
Prix fixe menu prices in Sausalito are:
Fish $55 per person (Tuesday only)
Poggio $75 per person
Saylor's $55 per person
Scoma's $85 per person
Restaurants donate a limited number of seats, so popular restaurants can fill quickly. Call Marian at 415-453-1000 x11 for your reservations.
