“An Evening of Hope” Haiti Fundraiser at Sausalito Cruising Club April 29

Location: REVISED: Sausalito Cruising Club, 300 Napa St., Sausalito CA 94965 (See map below; the Club is on an old transport ship anchored in the Bay at the foot of Napa St. next to Dunphy Park.)
Suggested Donation: $20-$40
Two local bands, Fiver Brown and Michael LaMacchia, will provide entertainment at this fundraiser for victims of the earthquake devastation in Haiti, to be held at the Sausalito Cruising Club on Caledonia on April 29.
Delicious munchies, beer and wine will be served. The event will also offer a silent auction featuring local artists and businesses. There will also be interactive Arts-n-Crafts activities for Kids from 6:00 -8:00 PM.
Local Sausalito Yoga Instructor Lisa Rueff Schneider will be visiting Haiti from May 4-28th, where she is volunteering and living in a tent city with 3,000 displaced women and children. Her program will focus on education, counseling, health and rehabilitation.
Lisa hopes to raise $7,500 to to benefit the Haitian women and children directly.
