Amy's Cafe Opens in Sausalito: Can They Challenge Cibo, Lighthouse & Fred's?

We got a very nice email from the owners announcing that Amy's Cafe has opened in the spot at 1403 Bridgeway that was occupied by Peter Pan Donuts for over a generation, from 1981 through early 2008. Amy's Cafe, which serves a full breakfast menu as well as sandwiches for lunch, is close to two other popular local breakfast and lunch restaurants: the new hit Italian spot Cibo, and the local institution Lighthouse Cafe. Not far up the street on Bridgeway is another Gibraltar of Sausalito breakfasts, Fred's Coffee Shop.

They sent us a copy of their new menu, and we have a link to it on our Amy's Cafe page. Hmmmm… do I want to start with a bagel, the pancakes or an omelette?
