Sausalito Bike Rentals
Sausalito is one of the most beautiful places in the Bay Area to go a bike ride. Whether you plan on biking across the Golden Gate Bridge, or riding from Sausalito to Mill Valley and then out to Tiburon you can count on spectacular views all along the way.
Why rent in Sausalito instead of San Francisco? If you’re interested in riding in the Marin headlands (see video above) or north to Mill Valley and Tiburon, it has advantages. You don’t have to ride over the Golden Gate Bridge to get here — and use up part of your day and significant energy — before you ever reach the area where you plan your biking expedition.
If you do plan to ride across the Golden Gate Bridge, you can rent in San Francisco and then take the Sausalito ferry back to the city and drop off your bike. You can also do the same thing in reverse, riding from Sausalito into the City and then taking the ferry north to return your bike here.
