Here's what the Institute at Golden Gate shared about the program: "Filled with rare footage and spectacular, never-before-seen creatures, OCEANS employs groundbreaking technology, along with the limitless curiosity and imagination of its creators, to offer up a new vision for our planet's five oceans and the animals who inhabit them. OCEANS puts audiences in the very heart of the action, racing along amid a school of travelling tuna, leaping with dolphins and swimming shoulder-to-fin with the great white shark."
These screenings are the wrap-up of the Institute at the Golden Gate's Turning the Tide conference, but members of the public may purchase tickets. Audience members will have the chance as part of this special pre-screening to meet Director Jacques Cluzaud and Executive Producer Jake Eberts. The new Disneynature film opens on Earth Day. Both screenings will include film introduction and Q&A with the filmmakers.
Filmmakers Reception
The Institute at the Golden Gate will host a reception with the Director and Executive Producer and special guests from Turning the Tide from 6:00 to 8:30 PM. Special tickets for this event are $100 each.
Proceeds from the reception support the environmental initiatives of the Institute at the Golden Gate, a program of the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy in partnership with the National Park Service.
